The “KIKKOICHI UDON” is founded by the Narukawa Family in Musashi (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo) in 1925(The 14th year of Taisho). The Narukawa Family is well-known for “KIKKOICHI SHOYU SAUCE” and the Family has made soy sauce for nearly one hundred years. The “KIKKOICHI SHOYU SAUCE” is made by the manufactory which is located at the foot of the Mount Fuji. The soy sauce has the best Edo Stream flavor since it contains plenty of minerals that make it tasted sweet and produce great pigment with savory smell. The “KIKKOICHI UDON” embraces the idea of one world so that it is our pleasure to share Japan best soy sauce and deep frying food to our worldwide friends.
